Set to launch in January 2026 as REVL Singapore’s 14th location, REVL Balestier boasted a flagship space at Balestier Road, needing a strong marketing strategy to put them on the map amidst other fitness competitors around the area.

[ THE TASK ]

REVL Balestier’s team had trained across multiple gyms in their own fitness journeys, but after training with REVL across the years, they liked what REVL had to bring — a structured program with a community that was alive. With this, the goal was to retain what made REVL great & be a great representative of the REVL brand, but yet still stand out in their own unique Balestier way. 

[ THE STRATEGY ]

We sat down with the team to understand what made their own REVL experience great, and realised that it really boiled down to the people. More than the structured programming & great training, was the people alongside them throughout these workouts.

From this, we created the narrative — “In Your Corner”. This acted as a cornerstone towards any social media work we were going to put out. It meant that REVL Balestier was not only going to be cheering their members on, but to walk the walk with them.

Bringing this narrative to life was tricky. With no gym space to shoot & nobody to shoot, we had to get creative. Knowing that new REVL gyms usually hold a community run midway through their launch campaigns, we realised we could use that to our advantage, to show that REVL Balestier was in the corners of their members.

We crafted the run together with the team, opting for a longer route through Balestier, with the intent of making it challenging for the participants, so we could capture micro-moments of the team spurring the participants on & more importantly, suffering alongside them.
We set up cameras, mic’d the Balestier team up & even had a videographer cycle to keep up with the running crowd. Capturing micro-moments & a sit down interview with participants to get their thoughts on our narrative.

[ THE RESULTS OF OUR WORK ]

The role that we played for REVL Balestier was smaller, with a scope split amongst content strategy, execution & meta advertising. 

Across these 3 avenues, the campaign generated over 41,000 views across six posts and drove 400+ leads in under two months, averaging a $11 cost per lead — while setting a clear creative direction for REVL Balestier’s future content.
